I started exercising with him, even though I’d never been a fan before, and soon my confidence and fitness levels soared. Friends complimented our new, slimmed-down figures and when I posed for photos, I no longer felt uncomfortable. In November 2019, I hit my goal weight of 12st 11lbs.
