It is a Mass at which we want to honor the gifts of people with disabilities. It is a Mass at which we want to witness to the fact that all people are welcome to be active in our faith community. And if the participation of persons with disabilities and their families in this inclusive Mass is to be real and meaningful, then our faith community must come to a deeper understanding of the broad range of disabilities that people face each and every day. So, each month we will focus on a certain disability in this bulletin. This month the focus is on Depression. World Health Day is celebrated each year on April 7. The theme of the 2017 World Health Day campaign was “Depression- Let’s Talk” .
