# Agenda Item Who Council/Area 6 Local/District Plan All Standing Item  Upcoming consultation/joint review & feedback by November  JF has reviewed the site submission document – has just got a copy of the new local plan. Significant development next to the A12/A14 corridor. Does not appear to be much evidence as to the need for the numbers of houses, some areas flooded with houses some minimal numbers of houses. The meeting felt that splitting the document review up between councils is valid but that each parish should send in consolidated comments (where appropriate) otherwise a joint statement from BAPTC will only count as one comment. Some discussions around how to review the doc and respond (don’t feel constrained by their comments). E.g. use local motivated experts for a particular parish. Need two pronged attack 1) focus on review of the detail 2) determine strategy for review & response Action: PI to download doc and put onto BAPTC website. 7 Next Meeting – see #4 Helen Davies Sproughton 8 AOB All
