The undersigned has the honour to report
THAT it is deemed desirable to provide for advance poll voting at the forthcoming Provincial election;
AND THAT the Chief Electoral Officer has specified the grouping of certain electoral districts for the holding of advance polls as shown in the attached list;
4 AND TO RECOMMEND THAT under the provisions of section 114 of the "Provincial Elections Act 1953", being Chapter 5 of the Statutes of British Columbia 1953 (second session) it be directed that special polling-places, to be known as "advance polls" be established at the places set out on the list attached hereto for the Electoral Districts and groups of Electoral Districts specified; AND TO FURTHER RECOMMEND THAT under the provisions of Section 114(2) of the said Act, it be directed that at the advance polls established for the groups of Electoral Districts specified on the said list attached hereto the vote may be taken at the appropriate polling place of any registered voter who complies with the provisions of Section 114 of the said Act and whose name is registered in any polling division in any group of electoral districts so specified. .*
