RASSA expresses thanks to its Patron for continuous guidance and shaping it to emerge as a multidisciplinary professional body to serve the society at large based on scientific advancements. The core group members under the chairmanship of Dr N K Singh that perfected the vision, mission and objectives of the society was landmark work as creator. The efforts of Dr Suman Singh, President (RASSA), and other members in composing RASSA Geet encompassing the objectives and missions have been a great contribution. At the same time the role of Dr Nityanand Singh in making it a legal entity and Er Pradeep Kumar Singh in developing a website to give a public face has been worth appreciating.

Visibility of association is exhibited by hard work of Dr Awani Kumar Singh , Dr Kanhaiya Singh, Dr Alok Kumar Singh, Dr Kumud Singh, Dr Vinay Kumar Singh, Dr U S Gautam, Dr Jyotsenendra Singh, Dr Rana Pratap Singh, Sri Upendra Singh and whole RASSA UP unit in organising Kisan Gosthi, meetings and 1st National Convention-cum- Seminar at which has perfected the direction for the society on professional front and preparing a platform to deliberate on ways for development of needy people. Dr G P Rao’s contribution for handling publications in the society has been another great achievement that deserves appreciation.

2.1. The meeting was organised by Sri Alok Kumar Singh of UP College, Varanasi and Sri Rudra Pratap Singh was facilitator.

Another round of meeting was held on August 21, 2016 at New Delhi with an idea to update and appraise the members about progress made so far after its first meeting held on April 09, 2016 and to get opinion of the members of action plan to be taken to achieve mission and objectives of RASSA. After appraisal about progress made so far, members gave their valuable points to achieve the mission and objectives of RASSA. RASSA also felicitated with a memento and conveyed best wishes College which is one of the pioneers and prestigious to our following members: educational centres for the students of eastern . Awadesh Kumar Singh – On his retirement from their opinion that every member despite their different NSC views on any particular issue should have a strong  Prof. R D Singh- On his retirement from ICAR- devotion towards the purpose of the society. We should IARI conserve our heritage, customs and culture and be useful in serving the society. Group was in strong favour of a A meeting on the proposed mission was held at national level network of RASSA instead of local. Many suggestions came forward for the betterment and finally, the group decided unanimously to select Nodal Officers for Finalising the State Executive (Vice-president, Secretary and five Joint secretary and 10 executive members) and team leaders for farming, education, employment, social aspects and points on policy-planning of Government. Following Nodal Officers were selected voluntarily for the above- mentioned activities.

A group of like-minded Scientists/ Technocrats/ Business persons and other luminaries joined together to create this platform attaining noble goals for overall advancement of the people in a sustainable manner, protecting natural resources and ecosystems with vision mission, and objectives given hereunder;
