He Shall convene the meeting of standing Committee/ZPGB in time to time limit with in the appeal of the chairman, ZPP, and he shall implement the solutions of standing Committees/ZPGB. 3. Administrative control over all Officers working under the Z.P.P 6. Conduct Annual inspection of M.P.P.s 7. Appointing authority for the appointment of Superintendents , Senior Assistants, Junior Assistants and Typists.

ZPP and perform functions entrusted by the Govt. and CEO, ZPP, as per Provisions of APPR, Act1994 and as per G.O.Ms.No.490, P.R & R.D., Dt.3.12.1996 1. Appointing Authority of Record assistants and class IV employees 3 Accounts 1.The Accounts Officer, ZPP Shall be Post Vacant Officer, ZPP in over all charge of the accounts and finance of the ZPP and his main function is to act as a financial advisor. 2.He shall complete the accounts of ZPP and Other branches in advance with the prescribed rules and Instructions. 3. He is responsible for Pre checking of bill before payment 4. Reconciliation of all accounts under treasury transaction and submit to DDO. 23 Ch.Satish C3 Sr.Asst., Preparation of all Contingent bills received from all sections maintenance head-wise. Obtaining DDs/Cheques from back and hand over to the concerned Sections. Maintenance of Vehicle, and payment of POL bills/repair bills etc. as per eligibility. Submission of proposals to Govt. on excess utilization of POL / Repairs bills and obtain ratification from Govt. Scrutiny of all Mandal Budget / Annual Accounts as per new account system and place them in the respective S.C. and G.B. and obtain approval of the ZPPGB and forward the sa me to the Mandal for record. Maintenance of Stock File / PR/ Arrear Register and submit every month as per due date to Superintendent / Dy.CEO/ CEO. 24 D.V.V.S.Rama C4 Sr.Asst., Maintenance of ZPP General Fund Cash Book and Krishna Rao other funds cash book, if any entrusted by the Officers. Writing of cheques both General funds and other funds. Preparation of monthly account duly noting Receipts / Expenditure in the new account system of General Funds and other funds. To attend monthly Reconciliation of ZPP General Funds and also obtain particulars of Receipts / Expenditure from the Treasury and verify the correctness. Preparation and obtain LOC of General funds from DTO Office. Preparation of Annual Account and Budget of ZPP and submission to the concerned SC / General Body and furnish the same to the Government and also to the officers concerned as per schedule given by Government. Maintenance of MDR and collection of MR. received in ZPP Office and remittance of all MRs every week ending and post the same in the MR collections Register promptly. He is custodian of Cash Book / Cheque Book / Pass Book / all Vouchers and other register. He is also maintain an Integrate Cash Book as per new account system and insist all other section heads to note monthly accounts in the Integrate Cash Book of all schemes including ZPP General funds. Maintenance of stock file / PR/ Arrear Register and submit every month as per due date to Superintendent / DY.CEO /CEO.

25 K.Venkateswara C5 Sr.Asst. Preparation of replies to the pending audit paras Rao of LF/ AG in respect of ZPP. Watching of annual audit reports of all Mandals both LF /AG and obtaining replies from Mandals and their dropping. TO assist audit authorities while taken up annual audit both LF/AG and obtain draft annual audit report from audit officer concerned for scrutiny of the CEO/DY.CEO scrutiny work bills received from EE Panchayat Raj concerned under ZPP General funds. Maintenance of stock File / PR/Arrear Register and submit every month as per due date to Superintendent / DY.CEO/CEO. 26 K.V.Banojirao C6 Jr.Asst., Preparation of bills of all grants received from Central / State Government and watching of adjustment to the General funds. Maintenance of Grants Register and submission every month to the DY.CEO / Chief Executive Officer. Release of Budget / Grant-n-aid to the Mandals under various heads and maintenance of Mandl Grants / Budget Register. Obtaining UC for released grants / Budget from Mandals and furnish to audit authorities for countersignature and also preparation in respect of grants / budget adjusted to ZPP General funds and furnish all U.C. to the grant released authorities with countersignature of the concerned audit authorities every financial year ending. Conduct of Superintendents Review meeting on accounts. Preparation of annual account inspection of Mandals / Engineering Divisions in consultation with Accounts Officer and communication of inspection remarks to the concerned Mandals. Maintenance of Stock File / PR/Arrear Register and submit every month as per due date to Superintendent / DY.CEO/CEO.

27 D.Paulkantharao C7 Jr.Asst., Posting of HBA recoveries in the Ledgers. Maintenance of Cash Book duly posting all entries received from the concerned STOs.
