Profile
The research team of agroforestry system is focussed on aspects related with research and dissemination of agroforestry systems. They evaluate soil-plant-animal interactions (tree, pasture and crops) as a result of different grazing and inorganic or organic fertilization (industrial residues, sewage sludge, manure) management practices. They have been working on global system productivity, carbon sequestration, nutrient cycling and biodiversity to evaluate and recommend sustainable land management systems.
