SMU moved up one spot after winning the American Men’s Soccer Championship last week. The Mustangs are No. 17 in the RPI with a 10-2-1 record against the Top 100. Nov. 12 UCF (Final) W, 2-1 (OT) NCAA Men’s Soccer Championship LAST TIME OUT – NO. 10 SMU ADVANCES IN NCAA TOURNAMENT WITH 2-0 VICTORY AGAINST UCA (Nov. 12, 2017) Nov. 16 Central Arkansas (First Round) W, 2-0 Throughout, the first half, it just felt like SMU’s first goal was more of a matter of when than if. The Mustangs controlled the ball and fired 10 first half shots but went to the locker room at half in a goalless draw.
