What’s happening this week?

Reminders: This week will be filled with Halloween fun. We’ll be learning Halloween Send your child’s Halloween songs, reading a Halloween story and costume and any treats you wish to having our Halloween party on provide on Thursday! Thursday. Story of the Week This week’s story will be Five Little Bats Flying in the Night by Steve Metzger and illustrated by Laura Bryant. In this story 5 little bats are having fun when they begin to get hurt one by one. Mama bat must then call the doctor and the number of bats flying around continues to decrease until no little bats are flying in the sky any longer. Mama Bat then calls the doctor who tells the little bats that they can again fly in the sky. (Similar to the traditional rhyme “5 little monkeys jumping on the bed”)

This week we will be making Jack O’Lantern Oh his favorite thing is to soar, quesadillas during our Halloween party. We So he tries to scare us some more, will also have cookies and juice for the party. But we just keep on trick-or-treating!
