Health and Wellbeing Champions’ Conference MARKETPLACE INFORMATION ADHD Solutions cic ADHD Solutions CIC is an independent initiative set up to support children young people and adults who have ADHD, their families, and the professionals who are working with them. We offer a holistic service based on the needs of the individual. For some this will be empowering parents to restore the equilibrium in their home by implementing our behaviour management programme. For others it may be that we work with a child's school to prevent exclusion and enable them to reach their full potential. Adolescents often need help and support with understanding their ADHD, life skills, social and study skills, anger management, and preparation for the transition to the adult world. Our adult clients have often found themselves struggling with organisation, time management and their finances, which can have disastrous consequences both at home and in the work place. By concentrating on individual strengths and identifying areas of concern, we can help our clients overcome these challenges and develop strategies and solutions to become successful partners and parents, hold down a job, become solvent financially, and become successful in all areas of their life. We aim to provide professionals with factual, well researched, up to date information about ADHD to enable them to have a clearer understanding of the difficulties faced by someone with the condition and a range of strategies to use. The Global Television Demand Report Q2 2019 Copyright © 2019 Parrot Analytics. All rights reserved. Executive Summary April – June, 2019 • In the second quarter of 2019 Netflix remains the clear global market- leading platform based on demand for original productions. • The service has captured 62.6% of all demand for digital original series in over 100 markets analysed for this report, down 3.1% from its Q1 result of 64.6%. • We speculate that Netflix’s global demand share trend will likely reverse in the third quarter due to the global impact of Stranger Things season 3. • The number of competitors offering original series is growing and this is being reflected in the fragmentation of consumer attention: 10.3% of the global share of demand is for originals from smaller, specialist and local SVODs. This is 2.5% more than in the first quarter of 2019. • In the action/adventure genre of four markets, DC Universe Originals have more demand share than Netflix Originals. However, Netflix Originals still dominate the important drama genre. • This quarter’s most demanded subgenre is sci-fi drama, which was the largest subgenre in five markets. Superhero series was a clear second for markets in this report, with crime drama and comedy drama also in Stranger Things Lucifer Star Trek: Discovery Black Mirror demand across all ten markets.

  • The Leadership Challenge
Praise for the Fifth Edition of The Leadership Challenge “My heart goes out to Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner with the deepest gratitude for this book, the most powerful leadership resource available. It is providential that at a time of the lowest level of trust and the highest level of cynicism, The Leader- ship Challenge arrives with its message of hope. When there are dark days in our lives, Kouzes and Posner will shine a light.” —Frances Hesselbein, former CEO, Girl Scouts of the USA; author, My Life in Leadership “Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner have taken one of the true leadership classics of the late twentieth century and made it freshly relevant for today’s twenty-first century leaders. It is a must-read for today’s leaders who aspire to contribute in a more significant way tomorrow.” —Douglas R. Conant, New York Times bestselling author, TouchPoints; retired CEO, Campbell Soup Company “For twenty-five years, the names Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner have been synony- mous with leadership. There is a reason for that. This book, in its new and updated form, demonstrates that leadership is a challenge you must win every day. It shows that every leader is unique, with his or her own style, and it helps you find your style. But the real beauty of this book is that it does not just tell you about leader- ship. It takes you by the hand, and walks you through the steps necessary to be better at what you do. It also gives you the confidence to take the kinds of risks every leader needs to take to succeed.
