SVB's text messages are subject to the terms and conditions of your agreement(s) with your mobile phone network provider and/or internet service provider. You are responsible for any fees imposed by your mobile phone service and internet service provider of any kind whatsoever. 2.4. You acknowledge and agree that your receipt of any text messages may be delayed or prevented by factor(s) affecting your mobile phone network provider, internet service provider(s), other such relevant entity, or other factors outside SVB's control. 2.5. SVB guarantees neither the delivery, security nor the accuracy of the contents of each text message. 2.6 Message frequency depends on account settings.
