Call to Order, Flag Salute, Prayer A. Meeting called to order at 9:31 am by Jo Ann Pierce. B. Prayer led by Tanya Case. II. Reading of Previous Minutes Minutes for June 23, 2020, meeting were read. John Ray Green moved to approve. Geoff Johnson seconded. All approved. III. Presentation of Library Statistics & Claims A. Amy Ryker presented library statistics for June. B. Claims for June were reviewed. Geoff Johnson moved to approve, Tanya Case seconded. All approved. IV. Director’s Report Amy Ryker discussed summer reading program for June, Genealogy Library updates, StoryWalk updates, and safety updates. V. Old Business None. VI. New Business A. Jo Ann Pierce proposed September’s meeting be in the library. Everyone agreed, as long as all committed to social distancing and wearing masks. B. Tanya Case thanked the director and staff for all their efforts and doing a good job under pandemic conditions. VII. Comments by Staff, Board, or Public None. VIII. Adjournment John Ray Green moved to adjourn. Brendhan Fritts seconded. All approved.
