ABOUT THE AUTHOR

K. Krishnaiah , the author was born on 2-5-1938 in Sankampalle Village situated in Pakala Mandal in Chittor District to Smt. Nagamma and Sri Papaiah as their eithth and last child. The au- thor faced many problems during his boyhood. Moving constantly from place to place, he completed his Highschool studies in 1956. He started his strrugle for existence in 1956 under the influence of family conditions. Though government jobs were within his reach, he had no mind for them. He joined a private firm in- volved in engineering constructions in Hyderabad. With keen in- terest he worked relentlessly in the Civil, electrical ane mechani- cal sections of the firm, improving his skill and knowledge of the sections and grew to occupy the position of an engineer. During more than fifty years of professional services, he completed many projects, both in India and abroad. As part of his official duties and as a tourist he visited Dubai, Nepal, Srilanka, Singapore, Malasia, and other European contries. He was interested in the sports field from his boyhood. He thought that if the knowledge and experience gained by him in his life are put down on paper, it would prove useful tothe society and started writing.
