Internet Technology for Broadcast Services Services and Technologies to Bridge Content 14 and Daily Activity Cross device platform for collaboration between broadcasting, internet, and life activity We are developing technology for connecting TV experience with the various activities in our daily life. This exhibit describes such technology and various use cases of services. Program viewing Hybridcast Connect Software framework for advanced“Hybridcast connect” Structured User activity content data data IoT enabled devices Services other than broadcasting Activities in daily life Implementation of diverse services to bridge program viewing and daily life activities ● Advanced“Hybridcast Connect※" Extensions of“Hybridcast Connect” drives applications to link those on TVs, smartphones, and Internet of Things (IoT) enabled devices. It will bring spontaneous content consumption in daily life activities through various devices around the viewers. ● Structured data for linking programs and users Structured data is one of the key technologies to link program viewing to activities and devices in the user’s life. Applying a semantic structure to program and user data enables advanced collaboration of services and effectively connects users and programs. ● Software Framework available to various enterprises An open software framework including advanced "Hybridcast Connect" and structured data will boost to build various services by various enterprises. Future plans We will continue to work with commercial broadcasters, TV manufacturers and various other business enterprises toward the practical launch of extensions of Hybridcast Connect. ●This research has been jointly conducted in cooperation with DENSO, TV Asahi, TBS Television, and Fuji Television Network. ●This demonstration is jointly exhibited with Sharp, TV Tokyo, Tokyo Metropolitan Television Broadcasting, and Hokkaido Television Broadcasting as well as research partners. ※ Hybridcast Connect: A functional set to connect companion devices to a Hybridcast TV. Functions in this set are standardized in IPTV Forum specifications. Hybridcast Connect allows companion devices to connect to TVs of various manufacturers..

    25JUL201322550356 To Our Shareholders: Fiscal 2013 was a strong growth year for Lionsgate in which we continued the momentum we have developed in all of our core businesses and built on our position as a next generation global content leader. We set in place plans for the next three installments of our blockbuster Hunger Games franchise, even as we continued to reap significant financial and creative benefits from the first Hunger Games film, developed and grew new franchises, and accelerated the diversification of our television business. As part of this diversification, we created several new shows using our unique 10+90 model, a new broadcast network series and original programming for digital platforms such as Netflix, Amazon and Hulu. Driven by the strong performance of our film and television content, both domestically and internationally, we reported revenue of $2.71 billion, adjusted EBITDA of $329.7 million, net income of $232.1 million or $1.73 basic earnings per common share and $280.5 million of free cash flow for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2013, all Company bests.(1) Revenue from our filmed entertainment library grew to a record $493 million with growing margins.
