LAST WEEK’S BIG PICTURE: Bend looks as strong as ever, 8-2 over their last ten and not fading, with a stranglehold on the WCL South Division...the AppleSox are trying to round into form, but face the league’s most competitive division so far, which has seen Kelowna and Yakima Valley flip-flop the first place spot over the past few days.

THIS WEEK’S STORYLINE: This week Wenatchee and Yakima Valley have a great chance to battle in divisional play...Bend and Corvallis have the same opportunity, along with Kitsap and Victoria...these games will help decide where races will be run from in each of the three divisions...Cowlitz is also trying to climb out of an early basement.
