And in the said suit a preliminary decree was passed on 2Ou September 2OOO AND WHEREAS during pendency of the said suit Jashoda Dulal Nayek also died intestate on OAI1Z2OOO leaving behind his wife Smt. Reboti Nayek, four sons Sanjay Nayek, Tapas Nayek, Prabir Nayek, Subhojit Nayek and onty daughter Smt.
