It may be periodically updated, reflecting changes that allow Penn Commercial to fulfill its mission and program objectives. Penn Commercial reserves the right to change any provisions, offerings, or requirements at any time within the student’s term of study without prior notice. Such changes will not conflict with those areas specifically governed by and state and federal regulations. The Corporate Officer is the President, Robert Bazant; Vice President, Thomas B. Albert; and Secretary, Ryan Bazant.
