Gubio During 27 January – 2 February 2020, a total of 3,104 movements were recorded, Konduga Nganzai Monguno 8 377 composed of 2,072 arrivals and 1,032 departures. Arrivals were recorded at Marte Jere locations in Askira/Uba, Bama, Chibok, Damboa, Dikwa, Gwoza, Hawul, Jere, Mafa Dikwa Konduga, Mobbar, Monguno and Ngala Local Government Areas (LGAs) of Borno 55 3 Borno 16 State. Arrivals were also recorded in , , , Hong, , Maiduguri 594 Bama Maiha, , , Numan, Song, and LGAs of Askira/Uba Gwoza . 64 143 Departures were recorded in Askira/Uba, Dikwa, Gwoza and Kala/Balge LGAs of Damboa 192 44 Kala/Balge Borno State. SUMMARY OF MAJOR MOVEMENTS Konduga: 594 arrivals were recorded in Konduga LGA of Borno State. The arrivals include 541 from Auno/Chabbol ward and were tracked in Dalori/Wanori ward and 53 from Zamga of Cameroon. 91% of the new arrivals reported to have relocated due to the ongoing conflict/attack while 9% relocated due to poor living conditions. Askira/Uba: 64 arrivals and 420 departures were recorded in Askira/Uba LGA of Borno State. The arrivals include 43 from Hausari of Zadawa/Hausari ward and were tracked in Mutukum of Zadawa/Hausari ward. Other arrivals include 4 from Gamboru Liberty ward of Maidugiuri Metropolitan council and 17 from Mubi North LGA of Adamawa State. The departures include 207 from Askira East ward, 198 from Zadawa/Hausara ward and 15 from Husara/Tampul ward. The arrivals were all due to improved security. 89% of the departures reported to have relocated due to the ongoing conflict/attack, 7% due to improved security; 2% relocated voluntarily; and 2% were reportedly due to poor living conditions. Ngala: 377 arrivals were recorded in Ngala LGA of Borno State. The arrivals include 293 from Rann “A” ward of Kala/Balge LGA and 84 from Dikwa ward of Dikwa LGA. The arrivals were all due to poor living conditions. Kala/Balge: 332 departures were recorded in Kala/Balge LGA of Borno State. The 332 departures were from Rann “A” ward. The departures were all due to poor living conditions.

IOM’s Emergency Tracking Tool (ETT) is deployed in Nigeria’s northeastern states. Only Local Government Areas (LGAs) in which the IDP population changed since the latest DTM round of assessments are represented in this report. The data has been collected by DTM sta deployed at the locations listed and cross-checked with the partners present on the ground. NEW ARRIVAL MALNUTRITION SCREENING SUMMARY (CHILDREN 6-59 MONTHS)

An exhaustive nutrition screening using monitoring of MUAC Categories symptoms of acute malnutrition mid upper arm circumference (MUAC) and Oedema was conducted by Yellow LGA Green (≥12.5cm) (11.5 cm - 12.5cm) Red (<11.5cm) Total Nutrition Sector partners for 185 children of 6-59 months. Of the 185 children screened, the MUAC reading was 3 Inaccessible Accessible Inaccessible Accessible Inaccessible Accessible children (1 from Inaccessible and 2 from an accessible area) in Bama 16 24 0 2 1 1 44 the Red category, 9 in the Yellow category and 173 measured in the Green category. No cases of Oedema were reported in Gwoza 1 46 0 1 0 0 48 the 4 LGAs that reports were received from. Mobbar 0 10 0 1 0 0 11 The results also include 50 children from neighbouring Cameroon and Republic of Niger. Of these arrivals, 18 children Ngala 0 76 0 5 0 1 82 moved to Bama, 1 to Gwoza, 11 to Mobbar and 20 to Ngala; 1 Total 17 156 0 9 1 2 185 of the 50 arrivals were screened into the red category, 46 into the green category and 3 were in the yellow category. All children found with acute malnutrition have been Nourished Moderate Acute Severe Acute Malnutrition Malnutrition (MAM) (SAM) admitted for treatment. Please note, the data presented are not surveillance results and should be interpreted with caution.
