UNITED STATES OF AMERICA EMBASSY BRASILIA – BRASIL GENERAL CONDITIONS

a – OBJECTIVE

This "NOTE" aims to instruct and guide the development of the services, object of the above pricing, and define the obligations and rights of the Embassy of the United States of America in Brasilia / , always hereinafter referred to as the CONTRACTING PARTY and represented by the SUPERVISION and from the executor, always hereinafter referred to as the CONTRACTOR, which is entrusted with the execution of the services "TRANSPORTATION FOR THE TAPIO MILITARY EXERCISE", as specified below.

b - The CONTRACTOR shall:

Provide transportation services for the Tapio Military exercise, scheduled to take place from August 21 to August 29, in Campo Grande, do Sul, for around sixty people. Transportation services must include two buses, one executive sedan vehicle and four 4wd vehicles. Contractor must provide drivers for the buses. Exercise Tapio is an annual (FAB)-hosted Close Air Support (CAS) and Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR) focused exercise with approximately 600 Joint Brazilian personnel and 50 aircraft to include A-29s, A-1, UH-60, C-130, C-105, H-36, Joint Terminal Air Controllers (JTACs), and pararescue units from across Brazil. c- PAYMENT Payment will be made upon receipt of services, and partial payments may be made throughout the program as services are performed. Prices must be presented in R$ (Reais) and will be considered non-adjustable for the period of execution of the services.

d – Proposal

The proposal, accompanied by a cost sheet, detailing the items to be performed and provided, must be sent electronically to the Embassy of the United States of America in Brasilia, located at SES Quadra 801 - Lot 03 - Brasilia - DF - until 16: 00 hours of August 4, 2021 addressed to the Purchasing Department of the American Embassy – Mrs. Claudia Sousa, [email protected] -Mrs. Luciana Lima, [email protected] tel. 33127558.
