MOTION FOR ELECTION TO THE CENTRAL SUPERVISORY BOARD CONSTITUTED UNDER SECTION 7(1) OF THE PRE-CONCEPTION AND PRE-NATAL DIAGNOSTIC TECHNIQUES (PROHIBITION OF SEX SELECTION) ACT, 1994 SHRI JAGAT PRAKASH NADDA to move the following Motion:— "That in pursuance of clause (f) of sub-section (2) of Section 7 read with clause (a) of sub-section (1) of Section 8 of the Pre-Conception and Pre- Natal Diagnostic Techniques (Prohibition of Sex Selection) Act, 1994, this House do proceed to elect, in such manner as the Chairman may 227
