The details of the project proponent and project are given below: Name of the applicant Shri Chandrakanth Namdeorao Wasade Name & Address of Applicant R/o Chandrapur (MH) Name of Mine Basalt Stone Mining Project Mineral Basalt Stone Area (ha) 2.06 Hect. Status of Project New Mining lease 2.2 Brief description of nature of the project Proposal of obtaining Environmental Clearance for Basalt Stone mining with production Capacity 51938 MTPA, Village: – Chopanrit, Tah -Bhadrawati, Dist Chandarpur (Maharashtra). The total lease area is 2.06 ha. 2.3 Need for the Project and Its Importance to the Country or Region The said project plays a significant role in the construction achieving a huge infrastructure as being envisaged by Government of India particularly in road basic building materials. The mining activities as proposed are the backbone of all construction and infrastructure projects as the raw material for construction is available only from such mining. 2.4 Demands-Supply Gap There is large demand of Basalt to the nearby markets and stone crusher units. The crushed material of stone crusher units is used in infrastructure projects. This mineral is also used as infrastructure. Presently, maximum infrastructure projects are in operation hence this project will be viable. Project Name: “Basalt Stone Mining” (2.06 ha.) Form -1M Village – Choparit, Tah -Bhadravati, Dist Chandarpur (Maharashtra) Applicant: Shri Chandrakanth Namdeorao wasade Capacity- 51938 MTPA 2.5 Imports vs. Indigenous Production Indigenous Production: The demand for Basalt is ever growing. The mineral is used in infrastructure sector. Therefore there is always a good demand of the mineral in the domestic market. Export Market: There is no possibility of export of the mineral. 2.6 Export Possibility There is no proposal to export the mineral. 2.7 Domestic/ Export Markets A) Domestic Market The mineral excavated will be directly sold to nearby market and may further transport to Stone Crusher Zone. B) Export Market There is no possibility of export of the mineral except the Domestic Market. 2.8 Employment Generation (Direct and indirect) due to the project Project will create direct & indirect employment within the surrounding region. Unit will use good faith efforts to employ local people from nearby villages depending upon the availability of skilled and unskilled man-power surrounding the project site. In operational phase, the proposed expansion required 40 persons. In addition to that functions like supply of explosive preparation and amendment of plans etc. will also require professionals. This project operation will provide livelihood to the poorest section of the society. 3.0 PROJECT DESCRIPTION 3.1 Type of Project Including Interlinked and Interdependent Projects, If Any. College Bramhapuri, Dist- Chandrapur [email protected] Abstract The present study emphasized on the preliminary assessment of biodiversity with reference to plants from Barai lake wetland of Bramhapuri tehsil, Chandrapur district, Maharashtra, India. During study, total 31 species of plants were recorded. These species belongs to 30 genera and 20 families. During investigation, it was also revealed that family Asteraceae was most dominant with 6 genera followed by Amaranthaceae, Fabaceae and Cyperaceae. Awareness of the unique nature of biodiversity, the factors causative to decline in habitat quality and species populations has been growing in the recent decade. Since wetlands are a common property resource, it demands an urgent need of conservation. Keywords : Barai Lake Wetland, biodiversity, Conservation. Introduction unique. CCI continues to be non-cooperative despite repeated requests for submission of information through e-mails, phone calls and emails dated April 14, 2021, April 24, 2021, May 04, 2021. In line with the extant SEBI guidelines, CARE has reviewed the rating on the basis of the best available information which however, in CARE’s opinion is not sufficient to arrive at a fair rating. Users of this rating (including investors, lenders and the public at large) are hence requested to exercise caution while using the above rating. The rating assigned to the bank facilities of CCI has been revised on account of non-availability of requisite information to carryout review.
