In addition, the property ben- efits from a brand new reception lobby and private courtyard at the rear, where the ground floor offices have direct access from their own demise. The G & LG floors also have independent access directly from the street and vertically connect via an integral staircase enhancing greater fluidity between the floors and borrowing natural daylight in to the LG area.
