• In August, TPA met with OCSD policy experts in each Department to discuss their challenges and frustrations and to identify opportunities

• TPA worked to draft updates to the Legislative Plan to address those concerns. Those updates were submitted to staff for inclusion in the 2019 Legislative Plan.
