Unwrap Game Time Sweepstakes Official Rules (The “Rules”) Unwrap Game Time Sweepstakes Official Rules (the “Rules”) NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING. THE SWEEPSTAKES IS VALID IN CANADA ONLY (AND IS OPEN ONLY TO ELIGIBLE PERSONS, AS SPECIFIED IN THE RULES BELOW). VOID ELSEWHERE AND WHEREVER PROHIBITED. DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU DO NOT FALL WITHIN THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS AS SET FORTH BELOW. Sweepstakes Period The Unwrap Game Time Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) commences at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 15, 2021 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on June 15, 2021 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on June 15, 2021 (the “Sweepstakes Closing Time”). Entries submitted after the Sweepstakes Closing Time will not be accepted. For the weekly drawings, a week shall be defined as beginning 12:00:01 AM ET on Monday and ending the following Sunday at 11:59:59 AM ET except for the last week of the Sweepstakes which begins on Monday, 06/07/2021 at 12:00:01 PM and ends on Tuesday, 06/15/2021 at 11:59:59 AM ET. Eligible Persons The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of Canada who are of the age of majority in their province of residence, excluding: (a) employees, directors, officers, representatives and agents of: (i) Nestlé Canada Inc., (the “Sponsor”); (ii) AXIS Integrated Inc., the independent Sweepstakes management organization appointed by the Sponsor to administer the Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes Administrator”); (iii) the National Hockey League (“NHL”), its member clubs, NHL Enterprises, L.P., NHL Enterprises Canada, L.P., NHL Enterprises B.V., NHL Interactive CyberEnterprises, LLC (the foregoing NHL entities collectively, the “NHL Entities”); (iv) any affiliates of the Sponsor, the Sweepstakes Administrator, or the NHL Entities; (iv) any of the Sponsor’s advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies involved in the development or execution of the Sweepstakes in any way; and (v) any persons or entities involved in judging the Sweepstakes; and (b) all persons with whom those specified in (a) are domiciled or immediately related. The persons and entities specified in (a) and (b) are referred to collectively herein as the “Sweepstakes Entities”. For the purposes of these Rules, two people are “immediately related” if one is the husband, wife, spouse, common-law partner, son, stepson, son-in-law, daughter, stepdaughter, daughter-in-law, sister, stepsister, sister-in-law, brother, stepbrother, brother-in-law, mother, stepmother, mother-in-law, father, stepfather or father-in-law of the other. For clarity, groups, clubs, organizations, businesses and commercial and non-commercial entities cannot enter the Sweepstakes. An entrant must meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Rules from the time of entry until the time he/she is confirmed a winner (if he/she becomes a winner). How To Enter NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Purchase is not required to enter the Sweepstakes and will not improve yOur chances of winning. Purchase Entry: Purchase one (1) of any Qualifying Products (defined in Exhibit A, below) at any retailer located in Canada (including Québec) and text the word UNWRAP to 811811. You will receive a link to the website at https://www.unwrapgametime.ca (the “Website”) where you will upload a photo of your receipt and complete the on-screen registration form that clearly shows the store’s name and address, the date and time of the transaction, and qualifying Nestlé products purchased. Only purchases of one (1) or more Qualifying Products are valid for this offer. Each Receipt (the “Receipt”) constitutes one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes regardless of the number of Qualifying Products purchased on one (1) Receipt. Photo must include the entire receipt from top to bottom, including all four (4) corners. A list of Qualifying Products is shown in Exhibit A (each, a “Qualifying PrOduct”). For longer receipts, take picture in sections and attach each image. Be sure that the store name, date, bar code (if available), items and prices are legible in your image(s). Blurry and/or unreadable receipt images will be rejected. All entries must be 1 received by 11:59:59 PM ET on June 15, 2021. Your mobile phone must be capable of sending and receiving text messages to participate via this method. Text message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase. No Purchase Entry: To receive one (1) entry without purchase visit https://www.madewithnestle.ca/Unwrap-AMOE where you will enter your email address and a short essay about your favourite hockey ritual or favourite chocolate-eating ritual (150 word minimum) and complete the registration form in its entirety. Any available opt-in opportunities are not required to enter this Sweepstakes and checking any opt- in boxes will not improve your chances of winning. Limit of one (1) entry per person per day, regardless of method of entry. Once an entrant has reached this limit, any additional entries submitted by an entrant in excess of this limit will be disqualified and will not constitute eligible entries in the Sweepstakes. Further, if any entrant attempts to obtain more than the specified number of entries, the Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion, disqualify the entrant from the Sweepstakes and disqualify all of that entrant’s entries. All entries are subject to verification at any time. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility from any entrant, which proof shall be in the form required by the Sponsor. Failure to provide proof of identity and/or eligibility to the satisfaction of the Sponsor in a timely manner may result in disqualification. Prizes and Odds of Winning There is a total of one hundred (100) grand prizes (each, a “Grand Prize”) available to be won at the outset of this Sweepstakes. Each Grand Prize consists of a limited-edition signed jersey from 1 of 7 NHL® Greats. The approximate retail value of each Grand Prize is Five Hundred Canadian dollars ($500 CAD). The approximate odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received by the Sweepstakes Closing Time. There is a total of one hundred eighty-two (182) First Prizes (each, a “First Prize”) available to be won at the outset of this Sweepstakes. First Prizes consist of one of the following: (a) NHLshop.ca gift card $50 value (26 total) (b) NHLshop.ca gift card $100 value (26 total) (c) KITKAT Hockey hoodie $100 value (26 total) (d) KITKAT CHUNKY Hockey hoodie $100 value (26 total) (e) AERO Hockey hoodie $100 value (26 total) (f) SMARTIES Hockey hoodie $100 value (26 total) (g) COFFEE CRISP Hockey hoodie $100 value (26 total) The approximate odds of winning a First Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Weekly Period (defined below). Limit of one (1) Grand Prize and one (1) First Prize per person. Limit one (1) prize per person per drawing. Winning a First prize would not disqualify participant from winning Grand Prize. All amounts and costs related to any prizes, including but not limited to all income, sales, use and other taxes (and the reporting thereof) imposed as a result of the awarding of a prize, which are not 2 expressly covered by the Sponsor are the responsibility of the individual winner. It is the individual winner’s responsibility to understand and abide by any federal, provincial, territorial, local or foreign tax laws that may apply to receipt of a prize. A person eligible to win a prize must accept the prize as awarded and may not transfer such prize or substitute or exchange for, or apply the prize’s value towards, cash or a higher cost or alternative prize. All prizes are non-refundable, cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and are provided on an “as is” basis, without any representation or warranty of any kind. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent or greater kind or value in the event of the unavailability of all or part of a prize or for any other reason whatsoever. How Prizes are Awarded A random draw (a “Grand Prize Draw”) to award the Grand Prizes, subject to these Rules (including the verification and skill-testing question requirements), will be held on June 24, 2021, at approximately 10:00 AM ET in Mississauga, Ontario from all eligible Sweepstakes entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. One hundred (100) potential winners will be randomly selected in the Grand Prize Drawing.. The Grand Prize Draw will be conducted by the Sweepstakes Administrator. Fourteen (14) First Prizes will be available to be won in respect of each week during the Sweepstakes Period (each, a “Weekly PeriOd”). For clarity, the first Weekly Period shall run from 12:00:01 AM ET on March 15, 2021 to 11:59:59 PM ET on March 21, 2021 and the last Weekly Period shall run from 12:00:01 AM ET on June 7, 2021 to 11:59:59 PM ET on June 15, 2021.
