ACTIVE RETIREMENT ASSOCIATION - regular meetings/activities will resume on Tuesday 17th Sept at 8.30pm in Ballindine Community Centre. Activities will include conversational Irish classes, chair yoga and mindfullness . A day trip will also be organised.

The Physical Activity Programme consists of 12 weeks of strengthening and stretching exercises for people who have had a cancer diagnosis.
