The par-72 Briggs Ranch Golf Club is one of six courses owned and operated by the Dormie Network and was ranked the No. 16 course in the state of Texas by Golf Digest in 2017-2018. Opened in 2001, the Tom Fazio design features a scenic but challenging layout that will test the best players in the world. In addition to the Web.com Tour, Briggs Ranch Golf Club has previously hosted U.S. Open Sectional Qualifiers and in 2018 was the qualifying site for the Valero Texas Open. Joshua Creel and Curtis Reed, who are in the field this week, both earned spots in the Valero Texas Open after successfully qualifying last year.
