Chiltern District Council formally adopted the Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Document (the SPD) on the 21st February 2012.

The SPD provides further information and guidance on how Chiltern District Council will implement the affordable housing policies of the Core Strategy for Chiltern District. The SPD covers the whole of the Chiltern District administrative area. For more information on the SPD, visit www.chiltern.gov.uk/ahspd.

Any person with sufficient interest in the decision to adopt the SPD may apply to the High Court for permission to apply for judicial review of that decision, and any such application must be made promptly, and in any event not later than 3 months after the date on which the SPD was adopted.
