Villa Constance Antibes, Cote D'azur Villa Constance Antibes, Cote D'azur Sleeps 8 guests, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms DESCRIPTION This modern Cote d'azur villa with pool enjoys a superb location in a quiet residential area of Antibes, just over one mile from the nearest shops and Fontonne beach, and within easy reach of most destinations along the Cote d'Azur, either by car or by train. This town villa features an eclectic mix of styles including furniture and artefacts gathered from the African continent. A good sized garden adorned with ornamental plants such as eucalypti, mimosas, laurel and weeping willows provides ample outdoor space for children and parents alike. To complete the perfect setting for your family holiday is a large covered terrace overlooking the garden which would be ideal for relaxing dinners al fresco or lazy breakfasts. A wide variety of services ranging from baby-sitting and shopping to guided tours, skippered boat hire and walking excursions are available on request and would add extra value to your stay at Villa Constance. A few minutes away from your villa you have Antibes town centre with its dramatic ramparts and striking views across Le Cap, Les Iles de Lérins and the Mediterranean sea. The marina is a very attractive place to be if you fancy dining out in a good quality, trendy restaurant with sea views.

Most records are made on retaining walls and historical fortifications. 60,5 % of the plants are indigenous, 7,0 % are archaeophytes, 32,6 % are neophytes. Wooded species, at least 20 (23,3 %) play a more important role compared to Central Europe due to the climatically preferred area in the western Mediterranean. Some further species which may grow spontaneously in joints are pointed out, however clear evidence could not be found. Introduction During a guided excursion in early spring to important gardens at the Côte D’Azur it was possible to study the vascular plants flora of numerous walls. This cursory observation is not at all complete but they are helpful to close gaps in our research project on ‘Biodiversity of walls in Europe and neighbouring areas’. Nomenclature and floristic status follow as far as possible NOBLE et al. (2016). The family affiliation of the species complies with CHRISTENHUSZ, FAY & CHASE (2017). List of wall-dwelling species of the Côte d’Azur Adiantum capillus-veneris L. – [Pteridaceae] Indigenous.
