The Park provides the following quay, • Access to three quays – Steel Quay, berthing, laydown and load out facilities: West Quay and East Quay. The Steel Quay accommodates heavy loadouts • 210m berth dredged to 9.1m below at 10 tonne per sq m chart datum All quayside bollards, capstans and storm • 190m berth dredged to 7.5m below eyes have been recently load tested and chart datum certified. • Wet berth facility, 194m long by 56m Offshore energy, subsea and marine wide, half tide (2.5.m deep) - suitable businesses such as SMD, GE, WD for barge/RoRo load outs, lay bys and Close, Subsea 7, A2Sea, ALE and others marine testing have recently used the on-site quay • 40m wide flexible lay down areas and deepwater berths for load outs, mobilisation and berthing.
