Reporting line This post reports to the Director of Operations, INTO US Affiliates & International Student Education Services (ISES).

Job overview The primary responsibility of this role is to support Direct Entry initiatives for INTO US Affiliates and UK partners. The post holder will be responsible for working with relevant stakeholders to ensure that accurate program information for Affiliates and UK Direct Entry products are maintained on all the INTO online platforms. They will be responsible for updating data and systems to ensure data accuracy, better MIS reporting and operational excellence. The incumbent will also act as a lead point of contact for new student applications and will provide support for returning high school and university students. They’ll work closely with counsellors, students and INTO staff providing excellent customer service. This team member will also be responsible for the Arrivals Portal as well as Direct Entry Record Management, and Exclusion Management. Key accountabilities and duties This is a valued role in a growing, dynamic organization, so the responsibilities of the position may change and develop over time, but will include the following:

University • Evaluate and respond to staff, Education Counselor and student inquiries and applications via a variety of channels – both written and spoken - within agreed timescales; • Optimize student conversion rates from inquiries through to enrollment by maintaining good relationship management with key stakeholders – including students, agents, parents, sponsors

and regional office staff; • Counsel students and offer advice and support to potential applicants on entry requirements, the admissions process, visa requirements and progression opportunities with an absolute commitment to meeting strict response deadlines; • Manage Arrivals Portal and student airport transfer service • Coordinate agent visits to universities, if requested • Other duties as assigned

Product Management • Responsible for the business ownership and ongoing management & maintenance of Direct Entry products for US & UK INTO Direct Entry partners through building and maintaining excellent working relationships with the Data Management team, the Direct Entry Operations team, INTO IT and the US & UK University partner contacts. • Responsible for working with the Data Management Team and University partners to implement the annual product rollover exercise by auditing all products & entry requirements and making updates within the Product Management Console in Salesforce • Responsible for the ad hoc day to day management of programs including adding or removing programs and editing existing programs including changes to start and end dates, awards, University major codes and entry requirements • In a timely manner, investigate and resolve any problems with products that prevent an application being processed due to an issue with a product. Work with the University contact and the UK Partnership Integration Service Manager to resolve quickly and avoid unnecessary delays to service • Assist with the onboarding of new Affiliates and/or UK Direct Entry partners with regards product and entry requirement needs and then provide ongoing management of these data points

Salesforce: Direct Entry Record Management • Responsible for updating the US & UK Direct Entry Salesforce record to reflect that the student has arrived to enable accurate reporting. This will occur after the Fall and Spring intakes • This includes working closely with the INTO Finance Manager, Direct Entry to receive appropriate lists of enrolled and commissionable students • This may include working with the INTO UK Direct Entry Admissions and partner University teams to backfill any missing records from Salesforce

Partner Portal: Exclusion Management • Responsible for updating and maintaining Agent and regional exclusions on the Partner Portal and Global Application • This is an administrative function whereby the Portal is updated on all exclusions and then audited on a monthly basis supported by the INTO DE Operations team

High School • Manage and maintain high school student records – This includes obtaining grades, monitoring reports, arranging travel/tour plans, and permission forms as required • Communicate with High School admissions and Educational counsellors as required to trouble- shoot student affairs issues • Responsible for the US Affiliates/ISES emergency line support

Location The position is based in Pottstown, PA. Travel within the US may be needed occasionally for training and partner support and flexibility is required to meet the demands of the post, including occasional weekend working and attending virtual meetings in different time zones.
