Vamos, através do método da revisão bibliográfica e da análise documental, resgatar as ações equivocadas de comunicação do Brasil durante a principal competição do futebol mundial. Pretendemos, com isso, identificar as razões do fracasso do projeto organizacional de comunicação adotado pela entidade que gerencia o futebol no país. O ambiente atribulado “fora de campo”, em nossa opinião, se não foi determinante, contribuiu, e muito, para o insucesso da seleção brasileira “dentro das quatro linhas”.
