Cancellation & Refund Policy: A full refund, less a $ 200.00 per person handling fee and any unrecoverable deposits, will be given for cancellation more than 91 days prior to departure. From 90- days prior to departure, loss of deposit plus any non-recoverable payments to hotels, tour operators, or airlines will be imposed. Less than 7 days before departure there are no refunds. All cancellations must be in writing.
TOUR CONDITIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
TOUR MEMBERSHIP: Enrollment and payment for the tour constitutes acceptance of these tour conditions.
ENROLLMENT: The tour is based on a minimum enrollment of 20 passengers. If the tour falls below that number additional charges may apply.
AIR TICKETS: Not Included. Air travel to be at each tour participant’s expense.
