Content:

It begins with a romance as sweet and lovely as any I can recall in feature animation. Two children named Carl and Ellie meet and discover they share the same dream of someday being explorers. Ellie and Carl grow up, have a courtship, marry, buy a ramshackle house and turn it into their dream home, are happy together and grow old. They save their loose change in a gallon jug intended to finance their trip to the legendary Paradise Falls, but real life gets in the way: flat tires, home repairs, medical bills.

Then they make a heartbreaking discovery - Ellie becomes ill and dies. The focus of the film is on Carl's life after Ellie. He becomes a recluse, holds out against the world, keeps his home as a memorial, talks to the absent Ellie. One day he decides to pack up and fly away, fulfill his dream of seeking Paradise Falls. What he wasn't counting on was an inadvertent stowaway, Russell, a dutiful Wilderness Explorer Scout, who looks Asian American.

The group is set upon by a pack of aggressive dogs led by Alpha - seeking the bird - and are taken to their master, Muntz. When Russell notes the bird's similarity to Kevin, Muntz becomes hostile, believing they have been attempting to steal the bird. The pair flees with Kevin and Dug, but Muntz catches up with them. Russell is also captured by Muntz, but Carl manages to board the dirigible in flight and free both Russell and Kevin. Dug accidentally defeats Alpha and becomes the dogs' new leader. Muntz pursues them around the airship, finally cornering Dug, Kevin, and Russell inside Carl's tethered house. Carl lures Kevin back onto the airship with Dug and Russell clinging to her back, but when Muntz leaps after them, he snags his foot on some balloon lines and falls to his death.

Carl presents Russell with his final badge: a grape soda cap that Ellie gave to Carl when they first met and made their promise. Meanwhile, Carl's house has landed on the cliff beside Paradise Falls, fulfilling his promise to Ellie.

The Main Messages from the movie:

Along the way towards achieving your own goals, you can (and should) help others achieve their goals, as well. Purpose and Love fuel one’s perseverance in accomplishing goals.

CuuDuongThanCong.com https://fb.com/tailieudientucntt One of the reasons makes me love Up cartoon so much that is love story of Carl and Ellie:

It's truly a beautiful love story and within the first few minutes of the movie, it's incredibly apparent that Carl and Ellie Fredricksen make the perfect pair. Carl and Ellie met as children and shared their love for adventure and dreams of a place called Paradise Falls. They fell in love, got married and purchased their dream home together. They were partners in every sense of the word. I think the reason why I love Carl and Ellie so much is that they didn't have your typical "picture perfect" love story. They had their share of heartache and they picked each other up. They had dreams of one day visiting Paradise Falls, but those dreams got put on the back burner as life got in the way.

Not everything is a fairytale in life, but when you devote your life to the ones you love you can live a complete life, like Mr. Carl.

Up helped me realize that: When I love myself, so do others. I know the more love I express, the more love I receive.
