Some scientists who study say that we see colors like yellow and gold better than other colors. Maybe that’s why I love gold. Too bad that horses don’t come in all of the colors of the rainbow. We’re usually black or grey, or a shade of brown, or sometimes white, or a combination of these. So imagine my surprise when I learned that horses come in my favorite color too! They’re called Palominos ! Palominos have been popular with own - ers for centuries. And not just for their beautiful golden looks. These horses excel in all kinds of riding sports and disciplines.
