Artist’s Statement

Cherries, Larimar stones, poppy flowers, poppy pods, oranges, chocolate, glass containers, faces and other objects are what I love and paint. I complete each object in my painting before starting a new painting. The painting is finished when I see that it does not need more work. I am presently working on paintings that deal with gravity, infinity, and faces. I call myself a Surreal Minimal Realist.
