Chelsea Tending to The Tunnel By Kyle F. Bidlack Big thanks to our Councilwoman Natalyn Archibong. Natalyn and her amazing team have been working hard to keep the tunnel cleaner and safer. Along with a small handful of Cabbageheads, the City has been cleaning the tunnel more often and assisting the homeless find better places to seek shelter from the cold. Natalyn's team also tells The Cabbagetown Neighbor that they are working with The Atlanta Police Department to reinstall the security camera that was removed about a year ago (we're not sure why it was removed).
