ictorville, CA – Retired Wild Bunch Vmember, Dutch, was recently diag- nosed with a brain tumor. He had surgery right away to remove the growth and is presently recovering. He’s clearly feeling much better, because he’s very impatient to get out of the hospital and on with the rest of his life! Surgery of this type is a delicate busi- ness. Many of the nerves in the right side of his head were saved, but not all. His hearing and balance are affected and ther- apy and patience will be required to over- come these new challenges. He plans to be home by the time this issue hits the streets. Dutch thanks everyone for their prayers and believes the reason he is doing so well is because of all the prayers that have been said for him. He has asked any well wishes, email, cards, and so forth be sent to the Happy Trails office. We all wish him the best, and hope to see him at upcoming SASS events later Dutch’s fund raising efforts for the Happy Trails Children’s Foundation in Victorville, CA have been very this year. successful.
