Speedy 3PL set-up helps electronics company reduce costs Agility Algeria played a major role in transforming the logistics operations of a major electronics company that wanted to set up its own 3PL operations in Algeria. The customer was running a greenfield operation and under extreme pressure to set up the new operation quickly to minimize daily sales losses. Agility met the customer’s tight timeline by selecting a 14,500-sqm facility strategically located near the capital city, and procuring all the necessary equipment, tools and systems to set up a world-class warehouse management system. A full team of operations staff was recruited and assembled to manage the facility, ultimately delivering up to 35 trucks per day to 20 distributors throughout Algeria.

Enabling a more efficient supply chain through in-house customs brokerage A leading provider of products and services to the oil and gas industry had been managing a complex network of inbound and outbound shipments from various ports, airports and land points in Algeria and globally.
