Located in Carroll County, on the banks of Leesville Lake, Camp Muskingum has been offering unique outdoor experiences since 1942. The lake, hillside and forests offer prime opportunities for aquatic and nature studies. Ohio FFA Camp Muskingum also offers fishing, hiking, boating, swimming, and both low and high ropes courses. Below is a rundown of the statistical successes for 2017: TOTAL NUMBER OF INDIVIDUALS SERVED: • 11,611 (An increase of 583) TOTAL CAMPER DAYS: • 24,103.84 (A decrease of 187.98) PERCENT OF CAMPER DAYS PER PROGRAM: • Outside Groups – 45.89% • Nature’s Classroom – 32.25% • FFA – 21.86% TOTAL NUMBER OF GROUPS SERVED: • 174 (An increase of 11) TOTAL NUMBER OF FFA MEMBERS AT SUMMER CAMP: • 1,061 (A decrease of 43) TOTAL NUMBER OF FFA MEMBERS AT FALL CAMP: • 471 (An increase of 37) FFA CHAPTERS ATTENDING SUMMER CAMP: • 158 (An increase of 6) PERCENT OF SCHOOL DISTRICTS PARTICIPATING IN A CAMP PROGRAM: • 51.8% PERCENT OF FFA MEMBERS ATTENDING SUMMER CAMP: • 4.3% PERCENT OF FFA MEMBERS ATTENDING SUMMER AND FALL: • 6.2% PERCENT OF AG. TEACHERS ATTENDING SUMMER CAMP: • 22.4% MAJOR RENOVATIONS TO THE FACILITY IN 2017 INCLUDED: • Replaced the roof on Dorm #4 • Completed the construction of the
