Luxottica admitted to the Cooperative Compliance scheme with the Italian Revenue Agency Milan, 29 December 2020 – Luxottica was admitted by the Italian Revenue Agency to the Cooperative Compliance scheme under legislative decree no. 128/2015. The aim of the Cooperative Compliance scheme, in accordance with current legislation to prevent tax risk and permit a further increase in the level of certainty regarding important fiscal matters, is to strengthen the relationship of trust and transparency between Luxottica and the Italian Revenue Agency.
