The company has been involved in property development, construction and property management since its inception. Masingita Group Of Companies has developed several shopping malls, primarily targeting rural and township areas of South Africa with the main goal of fulfilling the socio-economic development requirements of these areas. We pride ourselves with reversing the demeaning trend of substandard rural and township development and actively contribute to the end goal of restoring the dignity of previously marginalised communities through the development of such modern shopping malls that were previously historically exclusive to urban areas. To this end, Masingita Property Investment Holdings (MPIH) was formed in which Masingita Group Of Companies holds 65% and Nedbank holds 35% shares. VLAMING CONSTRUCTION A highly respected and leading construction company in the built environment with long established construction expertise and special skills. The subsidiary, Vlaming Construction, is expertly positioned to undertake large building projects, which contributes meaningfully to the Expanded Public Works Programme of Government.
