Tara·Szczepanski~ Jasen Enz say impeachment hearing was unfair; observers disagree TIFFANY BECK Senior Staff Writer SGA Senate found Sen. Tara Szczepanski in viola tion of statutes at Thursday night's impeachment hearing, and she was removed from her position on Senate. Sen. Jasen Enz, who was also charged with impeachable offenses, pled not guilty and then •resigned. Szczepanski was found guilty for advising others to violate Senate regulations regarding the guy-to girl ratio rules in a bill. Szczepanski and Enz were accused of similar -....:...·----"--·--- charges, but they had separate hearings.
