Tetra Tech found no recognized environmental conditions (RECs), historical RECs (HRECs), or potential environmental concerns (PECs) in connection with the Site. Tetra Tech identified two business environmental risks (BERs) associated with the Site. Tetra Tech understands that this Phase I ESA is being requested in conjunction with due diligence activities for the Site by the FDIC, as Receiver for Peoples First Community Bank No. 10165.
