The other is in partnership with the Crown Court London Borough of Bexley. Both will be delivered by Peabody and supported by investment from the Greater London Authority. The three sites belong to Peabody and are located in West Thamesmead and Plumstead in the Royal HMP Belmarsh Borough of Greenwich, at the heart of the Abbey Wood, Thamesmead and Plumstead Housing Zone. These three sites have the potential to deliver Western Way HMP Belmarsh around 930 new homes, as well as new shops, Broadwater Green community facilities and improved public spaces. Vision and Proposals Plumstead and West Thamesmead Consultation events - Summer 2016 www.peabody.org.uk/Thamesmead 6 Creating Sustainable Communities Key: site extents public transport bus stops direction of travel walking routes and times railway station Crossrail station potential ‘Connected Crescent’ Woolwich Arsenal Crossrail station 16 mins 3 mins Plumstead Station N Access to Public Transport Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands Broadwater Green Masterplan: Plumstead North - RBG members briefing 1 Transport & Movement Parking Strategy The sites have excellent access to public transport links. • Bus routes with stops close to the site provide links to places including Thamesmead Town Centre, Crystal Palace, Lewisham, Peckham, Woolwich, North Greenwich, Thamesmead town centre, Bexleyheath and Bluewater. • The sites are within 5 minutes walking time to Plumstead station, and 16 minutes to Woolwich Arsenal Station, which features National Rail and DLR services with Crossrail opening in 2018. • We will work with Royal Borough of Greenwich to develop an action plan to manage the impact that the proposals may have on transport infrastructure and road capacity. • The travel plan will seek to improve health and wellbeing and make a positive contribution to the community and the environment by encouraging walking and cycling. We want to improve existing and establish key pedestrian and cycle routes and connections between the sites and the wider area providing a strong link across the area.

Of these cases, 150,765 have come back negative. Today, Gloucester County has an additional 79 cases to report. Gloucester County’s total positive COVID-19 case count is now 26,109. Gloucester County is reporting 581 deaths. The Gloucester County Board of Commissioners would like to remind residents that COVID-19 Vaccinations are readily available for all individuals living, working or studying in the State of New Jersey. Interested individuals can visit the Gloucester County Mega Site at Rowan College of South Jersey, 1400 Tanyard Rd. Sewell, NJ 08080. “The Mega Site will be operating with a revised schedule through May due to holidays and to allow Rowan College of South Jersey to begin renovations.
