PROFIT-FUNCTION OF TWO SIMILAR WARM STANDBY NAVY SHIP SYSTEM SUBJECT TO FAILURE DUE TO AGEING SHIPS IN NEED OF MAINTENANCE, DELAYED ACQUISITIONS BY THE MINISTRY OF DEFENCE, AND HUMAN ERROR. DR.
