FEE STRUCTURE IWAS Wheelchair Fencing World Cup has now a fee structure split onto two parts:
1 –REGISTRATION FEE (compulsory, using the IWAS Management system (IMS) 250 GBP/participant - The entry fee must be paid directly to IWAS. Invoice will be sent using the IWAS Management system (IMS). Please note that your registration and entry to the competition is not complete until the Entry Fee has been received by IWAS. Entry Fee must be paid by all athletes and all staff/personnel who require access to the venue and accredited areas.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: 10 February 2020 Late FEES will apply after 10 February 2020: 20% penalty fee added to the regular fee
2 –ACCOMMODATION FEE
For the accommodation – all information and bookings will be done on the IWAS Management System (IMS)
▪ Sextuple Room Rate - per person, per night, 90 Euros / 100 dollars (Paralympic Center) ▪ Double Room Rate - per person, per night, 140 Euros / 160 dollars (Paralympic Center and Hotel) ▪ Single Room Rate - per person, per night, 180 Euros / 200 dollars (Hotels)
Observation: The Training Center rooms will be maximally occupied, so rooms may be occupied by representatives from more than one country.
The Accommodation Fee will include: ▪ All meals from dinner on your arrival day until breakfast on your departure day (Breakfast at the Training Center will only be served to those staying there. Lunch and Dinner will be served for all at Paralympic Center near for the Competition Venue during the competition); ▪ Transportation between International Guarulhos Airport- GRU, and the official hotels; ▪ Transportation between the official hotels and the Competition Venue;
ACCOMMODATION DEADLINE: 10 February 2020 Voucher for the accommodation will be sent (both methods) once you have completed the booking section and is paid directly to the LOC until 48 hours before arriving day, using the bank details, informed bellow. Accommodation will only be guaranteed after receipt of payment.
LATE FEES will apply after 10 February 2020: 20% penalty fee added to the regular fee.

The party making payment will be responsible for bank charges, if any.
REFEREES Delegations are required to assign a specific number of referees to officiate at tournament according to the following IWAS criteria: ▪ 1 to 3 fencers = No obligation ▪ 4 to 7 fencers = 1 referee ▪ More than 7 fencers = 2 referees Referees must stay for the overall competition. Delegations that do not provide a referee corresponding to above mentioned scale, will be financially penalized (€ 1000) for each referee.
OPHARDT In addition, all athletes and referees have to be registered via the Ophardt system not later than February 20th, 2020: https://iwas.ophardt.online/ Registration via Ophardt system is compulsory.
IMPORTANT: WHEELCHAIRS CHECK Athletes who pay the lodging, meals and transportation package by LOC, upon their arrival, on March 09th/10th, at the Guarulhos International Airport, will deliver the wheelchairs in a dedicated transport in the airport. From the airport, competition wheelchairs will be directly transported by the LOC at the competition venue and checked.
