THE COUNTY COUNCIL The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Hawks Hill, Bourne End in the Parish of CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2017 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Hawks Hill outside the house in the wood. Alternative route: Hawks Hill, Kiln Lane, , Lane, Heathfield Road, Bourne End Road and Hedsor Hill. The closure is required whilst gas connection works take place commencing on 21 August 2017. The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Upper Icknield Way, in the Parish of -cum-Saunderton CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2017 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Upper Icknield Way for 70 metres either side of the railway bridge. Alternative route: Upper Icknield Way, Bledlow Road, Picts Lane and Shootacre Lane. The closure is required to carry out brickwork repairs to the railway bridge commencing on 30 August 2017 between 2200 and 0600. The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Public Footpath No. 1, Marlow) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2017 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding in the entire length of Footpath No. 1, Marlow from where GMA/1/1 ends at its most Eastern point to the beginning of MAW/1/3 at its most western point. Alternative route is via the existing public highway. The closure is required in the interests of public safety whilst repairs to the Thames Path National Trail surface are carried out. The Order will come into operation on 21st August 2017, as signed, with amaximum duration of 6months.
