11:50 – 13:00 This session will introduce the statistical production process of SUTs and IOTs including the institutional arrangements and data sources that can be established in support of the compilation of SUTs and IOTs. This session set the stage for the following sessions which address each specific step in the compilation of SUTs and IOTs. Specific issues in the compilation of the Use Table will also be addressed. Countries will share their experiences through country presentations. Particular attention will be paid to trade and transport margins and taxes and subsidies on products. Specific issues in the compilation of the Valuation Matrices will also be addressed.
