SELECTED RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERIENCE Baffinland Iron Mines Associate Project Manager and Marine Technical Lead responsible for the Corp. design and coordination of multi-annual marine-based environmental effects monitoring (EEM) programs for the Mary River Project in Milne Port and along the Northern Shipping Route. Annual EEM programs included Baffinland’s Marine Environmental Effects and Aquatic Invasive Species (AIS) Monitoring Program (2018–2020), Marine Habitat Offset Monitoring Program (2018–2020), Narwhal Tagging Program (2018), Bruce Head Shore-based Marine Mammal Monitoring Program (2017–2020), Ship-based Marine Wildlife Observer Program (2018–2019), and Marine Mammal Aerial Survey Program (2019– 2020). Provided annual technical/safety training to Pond Inlet community members for their active participation in the monitoring programs and conducted post-program interviews with Pond Inlet community participants.
