Research My research work focusses on artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning and pattern recognition. I develop ANN models using the C-programming language, and I continue to explore newly emerging application areas of artificial intelligent systems in the fields of medicine, health, engineering, security, military, economy, energy, computational politics, banking, and petrol price prediction. Next investigation will focus on building an emotional neural network with deep learning architecture.

Projects & Funding - Turkey’s Tubitak science foundation funded project. Database construction for facial recognition system. Duration: 6 months, completed in 2008. - EU scholarship and funding program for Cyprus academicians. Conducted research work on artificial emotional intelligence and its application in pattern recognition. Duration: 12 months, completed in 2010.
